Ham rolls with egg curry filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 gherkins
  • 5 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • tsp, heaped curry powder, mild
  • 8 slices of ham
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a starter or for the party buffet

Peel and roughly chop the eggs. Dice the cucumbers. Mix the eggs and cucumbers with the low-fat quark and season with curry, salt, and pepper. Lay the ham slices on the work surface. Spread the mixture on top and roll up the ham slices.
