Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 leaves of lemon balm
- 500 g sugar
- ¾ liter of schnapps (raki)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Add lemon balm and sugar to the raki. Let it steep for two weeks, shaking daily. Then strain through filter paper and bottle.
