Celery-dill sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 120 g celery
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Suitable for SiS, goes well with fried fish

Sauté the onion in butter until translucent, cut the celery into approximately 1 cm cubes, and sauté briefly. Add the water and granulated stock, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. When the celery is soft, puree it with a hand blender, stir in the sour cream and mustard, add the dill, and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
