  • 200 g cheese (e.g. Emmental)
  • ½ jar gherkins, sliced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 5 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
