Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ package meat sausage, vegetarian
- 1 m.-sized onion(s), red or white
- 200 g cheese (e.g. Emmental)
- ½ jar gherkins, sliced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
- 5 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- some salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with pickles, onions and cheese
First, slice the sausage and cut the onion into rings, then dice the cheese. Place the onions in a bowl, add a little salt, and let them “weep.” Then add the sliced gherkins, sausage, and cheese. Season with plenty of pepper, clear wine vinegar, and oil. Serve garnished with chives.
