Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 g celeriac
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions

Clean, wash, peel, and dice the celery. Boil it in a little salted water until soft. Mix the celery with finely chopped garlic, butter, and milk.
