Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta (orecchiette)
- 400 g white beans (drained weight)
- 150 g dried tomatoes in oil (drained weight)
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 5 tbsp oil (from the tomatoes)
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the orecchiette in salted water until al dente. Finely slice the sun-dried tomatoes. Mix the pasta with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the basil and mix in before serving.
