Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp grain (e.g. spelt, green spelt, rye, oats, wheat), crushed
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 2 handfuls of hazelnuts (or almonds), roughly chopped
  • 1 apple
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

delicious muesli for cereal fans – soaked overnight

Cover the grain with water, add a squeeze of lemon juice, and soak overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, drain off any remaining water (if any). Mix the yogurt with the nuts and the soaked grain. Chop the fruit, stir it into the yogurt mixture with the honey, and enjoy. Tip: If desired, stir in raisins.
