Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 onions
- 300 g pork
- 300 g lamb
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 pinch rosemary
- 1 pinch of sage
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Put the meat through a meat grinder. Dice the onions and place them in a bowl. Add the crushed garlic clove and season with salt, paprika, rosemary, and sage. Add everything to the meat and knead into a meat dough. Now form 2- and 5-centimeter sausages and place them on a baking sheet. Brush the sausages with oil on all sides and place them in the oven. Grill at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
