Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g minced lamb
- 500 g minced beef
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 5 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp, leveled salt
- 1 ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
- some flour
- Rapeseed oil or sunflower oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
with minced lamb for real taste
Chop the onions and garlic very finely; I do this quickly with a blender. Chop the parsley. Mix the minced meat with the onions and garlic, parsley, oil, salt, and paprika by hand. Let the meat dough rest briefly, then form it into 5cm-long rolls. Roll the raw cevapcici in flour and let it rest for 30 minutes, otherwise they will fall apart when fried. Heat rapeseed or sunflower oil in a pan and quickly fry the rolls until browned all over. Fry briefly and turn quickly, otherwise they will dry out. As a side dish, I recommend dyuvet rice or fries and salad.
