  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
  • 1 bunch of thyme
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg(s)

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic cloves. Rinse, shake dry, and chop the thyme. Place the minced meat in a bowl and mix with the onions, garlic, and breadcrumbs. Beat the egg and mix with the thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Then add it to the minced meat and knead everything together. Form the meat dough into finger-thick, approximately 5 cm long rolls. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the rolls until browned on all sides. Cevapcici are delicious with rice, mixed salads, and various sauces.
