Ingredients for 14 servings:

  • 400 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 ml oil
  • 200 ml sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and bake either as a cake or as muffins.
