Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
simple curry sauce, for fondue or grilling
Mix the mayonnaise with curry, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold in the heavy cream. After a few minutes, season to taste, stirring gently. If possible, prepare a few hours in advance and serve well chilled. Because it’s so mild, my children loved this simple sauce even when they were very young.
