  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 125 ml mayonnaise, possibly reduced-fat (or Qiminaise)
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium or hot
  • 1 tbsp sauce (honey mustard sauce or honey mustard)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sugar
  • possibly anchovy paste, 1-2 cm

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

as a side dish for grilling or fondue, easy to prepare

Finely crush the peeled eggs in a bowl and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Instead of honey mustard (or honey mustard sauce from a jar), you can also use regular mustard and a little honey or perhaps a little sugar. Season to your taste; if you like, you can add more mustard, of course, and perhaps a little anchovy paste. If possible, let it sit for a while in a well-chilled container.
