Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 leaves of chard, the green part
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 small orange(s)
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Trim only the green parts of the chard and place them in a blender (otherwise, it will taste very earthy; the white parts can be used in a soup, stew, or casserole, for example). Peel the banana and orange and place them in the blender, along with the mint leaves and red bell pepper. Fill the blender with water up to the 1-liter mark and blend on high for 2 minutes.
