Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ Charentais melon
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 handfuls of raspberries, frozen
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 100 ml coconut water, or tap water
- 1 shot of agave syrup, if necessary
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel and chop all the fruit, except for the raspberries, and blend them in a blender along with the raspberries, buttermilk, and coconut water until all ingredients are finely blended and form a creamy mixture. Sweeten with agave syrup, for example, if desired.
