Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 g sugar
- 500 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp rum
- Chocolate, grated or liquid (also Nutella or chocolate powder)
- 150 g sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Make a shortcrust pastry from the first five ingredients and chill briefly. Separate the eggs, whisk the cream cheese with the egg yolks, vanilla extract, sugar, flour, and rum. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the shortcrust pastry into a baking pan, make a border, and fill with two-thirds of the mixture. Mix the remaining third with chocolate powder, Nutella, or melted chocolate and spread on top. Fold in with a fork, just like a marble cake. Bake for about one hour at 180°C.
