Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spaetzle
- 2 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp broth, clear
- 1 tbsp margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaetzle until al dente and drain. In the same pot, combine the spaetzle with the margarine. Add the cream. When the mixture is hot enough, sprinkle the Gouda cheese over it and stir until it has melted. Season with broth and serve.
