Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 1 small tangerine(s)
- 2 bulbs of fennel
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Paprika powder
- Ouzo (anise schnapps)

Dice the cheese. Drain the mandarins. Trim and wash the fennel bulbs and slice them very thinly. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together the lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, and a little anise schnapps. Pour the dressing over the salad and let it marinate well.
