Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg leek
- 200 g minced meat
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- 400 g processed cheese (cream or herbs)
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Ideal party food
Brown the minced meat, add the sliced mushrooms, and sauté briefly. Slice the onion, garlic, and leek into rings and add them as well. Pour in the broth and simmer over low heat until the leek is tender. Add the processed cheese. Finally, thicken with cold cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
