  • 400 g processed cheese (cream or herbs)
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt
  • pepper

Ideal party food

Brown the minced meat, add the sliced ​​mushrooms, and sauté briefly. Slice the onion, garlic, and leek into rings and add them as well. Pour in the broth and simmer over low heat until the leek is tender. Add the processed cheese. Finally, thicken with cold cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
