Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 500 g Mett (pork meat)
- 5 stalk(s) leeks
- 5 onions
- 1 ½ liters of broth
- 300 g processed cheese with herbs
- 300 g cream cheese (50% fat)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the ground beef and pork and fry lightly. Finely chop the leeks and onions and add them. Pour in the broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Then stir in the cheese until it dissolves. Season to taste.
