  • 500g minced beef
  • 300g processed cheese
  • 3 sticks of leeks
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche
  • Beef or vegetable broth in about 750ml water
  • 1 onion or onion powder
  • 1 clove of garlic or garlic powder
  • Salt, Pepper & Nutmeg
  • Some olive oil

How to prepare the soup

Once you have the ingredients in front of you, you can assemble the soup in a few simple steps.

  1. Peel or wash the onion and leek and then cut into small pieces.
  2. Now pour the oil into a saucepan, heat it up, and add the minced meat.
  3. When the ground beef has turned color, add the onion and leeks and continue to cook for a few minutes.
  4. Now add the chopped garlic.
  5. The next step is to add the water and the vegetable or beef broth.
  6. Now you should stir in the melted cheese and crème fraîche and let it all simmer.
  7. Now season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg.
