Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 60 g Cheddar cheese
  • 60 g cheese (farmer’s cheese)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 3 tsp chives, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for the TV evening

Knead the butter and flour into a dough. Cut the cheese into thin strips and knead in. Mix in the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Form the dough into approximately 25-30 small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls with a fork and bake at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on the desired browning).
