Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 ml milk, maybe a little more
  • 500 g cheese (Edam), sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly (using a mixer or food processor). Grease a 30cm cake pan and dust generously with breadcrumbs. Bake in an electric oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Also delicious with finely chopped bacon, then bake a little longer. Also delicious as rolls; bake for about 20 minutes. Makes about 30 rolls.
