Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 2 fresh chili peppers, 1 red, 1 green, pitted and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves or more, crushed
  • Salt
  • Coriander powder
  • Tomato paste to taste

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Blend the cream cheese with the cream, chili, and garlic in a blender, season with salt, tomato paste, and coriander, and let it sit for at least 1.5 hours. Caution: Wear gloves when chopping the chili peppers or wash your hands with salt after dicing. Avoid touching or getting your fingers directly into your eyes.
