Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese (with or without herbs)
  • 100 g mozzarella or other cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some pepper
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • possibly chili
  • some paprika powder, hot
  • some parsley
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Ideal for grilling or gratinating!

Blend the cream cheese with the mozzarella until smooth. Now you can add the grated, chopped, or pressed garlic. Season the mixture with pepper, salt, chili, paprika (hot), parsley, and chives, and mix everything together. If you’d like to add other spices, feel free to experiment!
