Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 400 g cream cheese
- 125 g butter, soft
- 60 g cream cheese spread
- 30 g herb cheese spread
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- possibly Fondor or Aromat

Using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese with the softened butter and the processed cheese (30 g = 1 wedge). Finely press 2 cloves of garlic and stir them in. Season everything with salt, a little pepper, and curry powder. If you like, you can add a little more Fondor. You can also replace the herb processed cheese wedge with a packet of plain cream cheese and omit the wedge altogether. Pour the cream into a rustic container and cover it in the refrigerator until ready to use (best prepared the day before). It tastes delicious with any kind of baguette, at a barbecue, on a buffet, etc.
