Cheese cream Café de Paris

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 400 g cream cheese (e.g. Exquisa)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp spice mix (Cafe de Paris)
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mash the feta cheese with a fork and stir in the cream cheese. Crush the garlic cloves and stir in along with the “Café de Paris” seasoning. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Enjoy on baguette or hearty whole-grain bread. Tip: This also tastes great as a low-calorie version with light feta cheese and Exquisa yogurt.
