Cheese – Cream – Pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 150 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated, as desired
  • some salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some parsley, chopped
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta until slightly firmer than usual and drain. Do not rinse; let it steam in an open colander. Meanwhile, dice the onion, sauté it in a little oil, and add the drained pasta. Sauté briefly and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Deglaze with the cream and let it simmer slightly. Add the cheese and stir until completely melted. Season to taste. Either stir in the parsley or sprinkle it on top when serving.
