Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 400 g quark
  • ½ lemon(s) (organic), zest
  • 75 g cream
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • Fat for the mold

a classic in a new way

For the crumble, melt the butter in a saucepan and mix with the sugar and flour. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) and grease the tin. For the batter, beat the eggs with the sugar until thick and creamy. Add the oil and orange juice. Quickly stir in the nuts, flour, and baking powder. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake in the oven (bottom rack) for 12-15 minutes. For the quark mixture, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the quark, lemon zest, cream, and semolina. Spread the mixture on the pre-baked base, crumble the crumble over the top, and bake the cake for 30-35 minutes.
