- Milk to stir until smooth

- Garlic, fresh or granulated

Combine the melted cheese and cream cheese in a bowl and stir in a little milk, if desired, until smooth. Season with herb salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Garnish with fresh or frozen herbs and refrigerate the dip for a while.
