Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 525 g feta cheese
- 7 garlic cloves
- 14 tbsp tomato paste
- e.g. rapeseed oil or sunflower oil
- oregano
- Paprika powder, hot
- possibly chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without cream cheese
Blend all ingredients with a hand blender (add enough oil to make a spreadable mixture) and season to taste. If you don’t have a hand blender, you can also chop the garlic and blend everything well with a fork. If you prefer it a bit spicier, you can add a little chili. The cream tastes especially good on olive-flavored baguette.
