Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi
- salt water
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 package of cooked ham
- 2 onions
- 1 pack of cheese (Emmental), grated
- 1 pack of processed cheese
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 cups of water
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic

Quick recipe
Bring the gnocchi to a boil in salted water. Meanwhile, dice the onions and sauté them with the ham, which has now been sliced into strips. Add the remaining ingredients and bring everything to a boil, season to taste, and the sauce is ready. Drain the gnocchi, pour the sauce over them, stir once, and serve.
