Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough
- 250 g ham, cooked
- 250 g cheese (Gouda)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with pizza dough
Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions and roll it out onto the bottom of a greased 28 cm springform pan. Press the edges up to about 1 1/2 cm. For the topping, cut the ham and cheese into equal cubes and spread them evenly over the dough. (Do not use pizza sauce.) Mix the crème fraîche with the eggs and seasonings, season to taste, and spread it over the ham and cheese mixture. Place in a preheated oven (200-225°C) and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve with tomato salad.
