Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 chicken
  • ½ pineapple, fresh, ripe and sweet
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • some salt
  • Spices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Grill the chicken, seasoning to taste. Remove the skin and cut the meat into pieces. Slice the mushrooms and fry in the butter until lightly browned; no moisture from the mushrooms should remain in the pan. Then lightly salt. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Combine everything and let it cool to room temperature. Mix the crème fraîche with the curry and stir into the salad. Season to taste with salt and sugar. Let it marinate for at least an hour.
