makes 20 croissants

Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add the quark, milk, egg, oil, and salt. Using a hand mixer or a food processor fitted with a dough hook, mix the ingredients into a dough for about 1 minute (not too long, or the dough will stick). Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle and cut this into 10 12 x 12 cm squares. Halve the squares to form triangles and top each with a slice of ham and cheese, cut to size. Roll the triangles into croissants and brush with condensed milk. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. The calorie information applies to the entire batch.
