Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g cheese (Emmental)
- 400 g ham, cooked
- 1 can mushrooms (or fresh, not so large mushrooms)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 4 medium-sized gherkins
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can sweet and sour pickled corn
- Vinegar
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cut the cheese and cooked ham into even cubes. Drain the mushrooms, halving them if necessary. Wash, trim, and slice the bell peppers. Slice the gherkins. Peel and finely chop the onions. Drain the baby corn and slice them. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Wash and finely chop the parsley and chives, and add them. Mix everything together and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
