Cheese – ham – toast with peppers and chili

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 slices of ham
  • chili powder
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spread a little butter on the toast, then top with the following: ham, cheese, diced bell pepper, chili powder (don’t skimp on the amount), more cheese, ham, and buttered toast. Place in the toaster until the cheese is melted. Serve with mixed salad, hot ketchup, and mayonnaise.
