Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp mint
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 tbsp sparkling mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super delicious recipe that is quick and simple.

Boil the potatoes. Meanwhile, place the quark in a bowl and mix with the sparkling water. This will make the quark nice and creamy without adding any extra calories. Season the quark with thyme, rosemary, salt, and mint. Add more spices if desired. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, add them, and mix well. Once the potatoes are cooked, peel them and serve with the quark.
