Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Hörnli (pasta)
- 150 g cheese (Appenzeller, Bergkäse or Rässkäse)
- 100 g margarine
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- Breadcrumbs (Brösmeli)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the macaroni al dente. Meanwhile, grate the Appenzeller cheese and fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown. Serve in layers. A popular Friday meal. Serve with a green salad or applesauce, or as a dessert.
