Hot dog with cheese sauce

Cut a wedge lengthwise from the rolls and place them briefly in the toaster. Heat the sausages in hot (not boiling) water. Heat the cheese spread until it melts. I heat the entire tub in a double boiler. Core and dice the tomatoes. Place the sausages in the rolls. Then spoon the ketchup, remoulade, fried onions, and grated cheese onto the sausages. Spoon the warm cheese spread over the sausages. Finally, sprinkle the diced tomatoes over the cheese spread. Have plenty of napkins available. Tip: You can also add diced spring onions to the sausages.
