Cheese – leek – salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g leek
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 can pineapple, diced, drained
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • pineapple juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the leek and cut it into small rings. Pour boiling water over the leek and let it steep for 4 minutes – it should still have some bite. Cut the Gouda into strips. Place the leek, Gouda, and pineapple in a salad bowl. Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients and pour it over the salad. Let it steep for a while and season to taste.
