Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 60 g Parmesan, grated
- 120 g cheese, grated
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 ml cream
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- n. B. Poppy
- some sesame
- some salt, coarse
- 1 egg yolk
- some cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make a dough with butter, cheese, salt, paprika, egg yolk, cream, flour, and baking powder. If the dough is too soft, simply knead in a little more flour. Whisk the remaining egg yolk with a little cream. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Brush thinly with the egg cream. Sprinkle the cookies with coarse salt, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C. The cheesecake is ready when golden brown.
