Cheese – Pepper – Schnitzel

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pork schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp pepper (green peppercorns)
  • 60 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 120 g mozzarella, diced
  • 50 g cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 cl white wine
  • Paprika powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the schnitzel with pepper, salt, and paprika. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with peppercorns. Sprinkle the cheese over the schnitzel. Mix the cream with the milk and wine. Season with pepper and salt. Pour the cream sauce over the cheese and pepper schnitzel. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven) and bake on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes. Serve the cheese and pepper schnitzel with rice and salad.
