Bananas with mustard

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 small bananas (can also be medium-sized)
  • 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • Mustard, hot
  • 2 packs of processed cheese
  • some milk
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the bananas. Spread the cooked ham slices with mustard and wrap the bananas in it. Place everything in a greased baking dish. Melt the cheese and milk in a saucepan to create a creamy sauce, which is then spread evenly over the bananas. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden yellow and the bananas are soft. This goes wonderfully with green tagliatelle and a fresh salad, such as lettuce.
