Ingredients
- 2 packet Puff pastry
- 100 g Sheep milk cheese
- 50 g Edam
- Thyme freeze dried
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Let the puff pastry thaw, roll out and cut into handy squares with the pastry wheel. Now scratch this with a knife or pizza roller approx. 1/2 cm from the edge.
- Cut the cheese into small slices or pieces and cover the "pillows" with them. Season the sheep's cheese with pepper and thyme and add a slice of Edam cheese or other cheese.
- Bake in the heated oven at 200 ° C / 220 ° C top and bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes. Let cool a little and serve.
- Tip 4: is ideal for recycling cheese leftovers.
