Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g cheese (butter cheese), sliced
  • 250 g cream cheese spread
  • 50 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 5 slices of salami
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Mix the softened butter with the cream cheese and herb cheese. Chop the salami and bell pepper. Add to the cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese on aluminum foil. Place the cooked ham slices on top of the cheese. Spread the cream cheese on the cooked ham and then roll everything up tightly. Place the roll in the refrigerator. Cut into slices to serve.
