Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 25 g yeast, or 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 180 g milk, warm
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ¾ tsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil
  • Grated cheese, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rise for about 1 hour. Then form the rolls, sprinkle with water, and top with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes. A regular-sized roll will yield 6 rolls.
