Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g Gouda, young, in one piece
  • 1 class can/n mandarin(s), 300 g
  • ½ pack of Italian herbs, frozen, approx. 25 g, e.g. from Iglo
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed garden herbs, frozen, e.g. from Iglo
  • 3 tbsp, heaped salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 150 ml natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple and vegetarian

Cut the cheese into small pieces. Drain the mandarins and chop them. Mix some of the juice with the salad cream, natural yogurt, and herbs, then fold in the mandarins and cheese.
