Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 liter passion fruit juice
  • 500 g peach-flavored yogurt
  • 500 ml schnapps (grain)
  • 4 cl rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

CujaMara – Schnapps

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. This makes almost exactly 2 liters. It’s best poured into 2-liter bottles and placed over ice; this makes it a bit like sorbet. It doesn’t freeze into ice. It tastes like Langnese split ice cream. I’ve also made the liqueur in a cherry flavor—also very tasty.
