Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g cooked ham
- 150 g Emmental cheese
- 2 shallots
- 1 chive
- e.g. mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Trim the fat and slice the cooked ham into strips. Cut the cheese into sticks. Chop the shallots very finely. Cut the chives into small rings. Mix everything with the mayonnaise and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 12 hours, then serve at room temperature. Serve with ciabatta or other white bread.
